CONDITION OF ACCEPTANCE
This survey was done in accordance with the standards, guidelines and requirements
as formulated by the American Boat and Yacht Council, National Fire Protection
Association, United States Coast Guard and Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
This report is submitted in good faith and constitutes a description of the
condition of the named vessel as found at the time of the survey. It is understood
that the surveyor assumes no responsibility for any defects and is to be held
harmless for any conditions subsequently arising. This report does not warrant,
(expressly or implicitly) or guarantee the condition of the vessel. The use
of this report implies an acceptance of the fore mentioned conditions.
This surveyor warrants that he has had no interest in this vessel prior to
this survey and further, that he disqualifies himself from any further interest

In the engine rooms. port and starboard there are a number of electrical wires
that are loose and exhibit signs of corrosion. These conditions must be "tidied
up" in a marine fashion and the corroded wires replaced.
