Chris Craft America's Leader Made this Houseboat.

The Aqua Home is known as a production model houseboat. The biggest difference between this boat and houseboats made by other manufacturers is the twin 230 horse engines. They are not made for long distances but they definitely have enough power to go on fairly long extended trips.

The boat is equipped with a nice surrounding rail system and you can literally walk around the entire boat. If you notice in the pictures you will see their is plenty of head room in the galley and cabin area of the boat.

The top deck is especially nice for sunbathing and the operator area give you a nice view as well.

The boat has two area from which you can operate the top deck has a full set of controls as well as the bottom deck. This is not a usual feature for a houseboat and is likely one of the reason that Chris Craft was able to sell so many of these vessels.

This particular boat has pretty much sat around the marina nearly it's entire life. It is certain that the new buyer will have to have the hull scraped and repainted and possibly do so work on the engines and zincs to arrest any salt water corrosion.
